| 1976 | George Haidemenos (current President of Haidemenos SA), having worked for more than one decade in the largest printing companies, and having gained a large experience in the sector, established Haidemenos SA, in its first legal form. |

Haidemenos invests in the first Greek large format printing machine for poster production and enters the outdoor advertising sector, monopolizing it for the following years. |

1995 |
Pioneer introduction of digital printing technology, that until then was unknown in the Greek market, by the purchase of digital printing systems of large dimensions. The company is the first that offers in the Greek market such printing applications, creating in this way a new market in the graphic arts. |

1997 |
Investment of 6 million euros for the purchase of a high-speed printing press, the first in the Greek market that offers new possibilities in the printing of high quality products at high speeds. |

ISO 9002 quality certification by TUV AUSTRIA.

2000 |
Haidemenos' stocks are listed in the Athens Stock Exchange raising a sum of 18 million euros. This amount was mainly used for the purchase of property and buildings, the purchase of a silk-screen production unit (the first in the South-Eastern Europe) and the renewal of the existing printing equipment. |

2001 |
Establishment of the company named Clear Channel Haidemenos, in which Clear Channel owns 51% and Haidemenos 49% of the share capital. The new company is active in the area of outdoor advertising, and won the tender issued by Athens International Airport for the advertising operation of all areas in the new international airport. |

2002 |
Acquisition of the company Elliniki Ektipotiki from Liberis Publications and signing of a long term contract for the exclusive printing of all magazines published by Liberis Publications. |

2003 |
Acquisition of a CTP (Computer to Plate) unit for plate imaging without films in all printing machines. This unit is the first in the Greek market. |
